Happy Saturday everyone. It’s going to be a great day. First of all Meggie is coming back today from maternity leave . That means our team is all back together again. Danielle is here today too working the desk. All of the stylists are super excited to have someone at the desk on the weekends now. She can request one weekend off a month if she wants to but pretty sure everyone will lock her in if she tries any time soon. They tried to get Stacie to just move in. They have brainwashed her so much that she has accidentally taken the phone home with her before. Sure it was an accident I bet one of them slipped it in her purse.Brittany, Eddie, Meggie, Leigh Ann and Savanah are all working today and Lindsey is here helping keep everyone on track. We are officially out of stations especially on the weekends. Leigh Ann has had to use a chair that the foot rest keeps falling off. I need to get a drill that has a bit for metal to try to fix it- or just beg someone to fix it for me. Brittany has requested to have 3 stations just for her at the new salon. Uh, no! Britanny is extremely creative and talented but she says messy comes with that. She has literally made a path with color on the floor before from her station to the backroom. We love her but try to keep her mess contained as much as possible. Meggie is a neat freak and works right next to her so that to me is a great situation. Kinda keeps things in balance. I came in this morning to clean and thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. They had been busy right up to closing time and did a great job with regular cleaning stuff- trash out, floor swept, everything put away etc. But there was color everywhere! It was on the towel cabinet, trash can, shelves where the color is stored and even on the wall in the waiting area. Really trying to figure that one out. I tried to put a quick coat of paint on those spots to make it look a little better. I probably should have warned everyone when they came in that there was wet paint because every single one of them stuck their hand right on the towel cabinet. Sort of looks like some kind  of a Rhonda’s Hair Studio branding with all of them having paint of them. Even I have paint on my arm. I may have done that on purpose so that I feel included. I left before much started happening today so I am hoping all the stylists will add comments for the blog about the day. Could make for some funny stuff so make sure you keep checking in!!!
