So, this is not a great week so far. This post is all about apologies to our clients. We realize that we are experiencing some growing pains and we are truly sorry anything that we may have done to make any of our clients feel like they are not very important to us. We really do see all of you as our friends as well as the reason that we have the careers that we love. First of all I would like everyone to know that I am sorry that some of you feel that I handled stepping out of doing hair badly. You may be right but I am not sure how else we could have handled informing and explaining to you the reason for my no longer being able to do clients as well as run the business. I am very sorry to all of you that feel that I am not grateful to you for your loyalty to me and my business. Nothing could be further from the truth. I feel very badly for having to make the decision that I have had to make. I will truly miss the one on one time with all of you that I have come to see as friends. I began having health problems as a result of trying to run a business that is growing very rapidly as well as continue to provide all of my wonderful clients with great hair. I also feel very responsible for helping a salon staff that is relying on their jobs as a means to support themselves as well as families. Please know that I did not come to this decision easily and I have not forgotten everything all of you have done for me and this business. Next I am sorry for the craziness of the salon and scheduling lately. We have been growing very quickly which is so great but has also come with problems that we are working out and we hope you will continue to support us as we figure all of this out. We never ever want anyone to feel like they are being shuffled around while they are with us. We have always prided ourselves in how we treat our guests and we are truly very sorry that some of you have not enjoyed your salon visits with us because of overbooking. We are trying very hard to find ways to be able to schedule everyone that wants an appointment with out anyone feeling like they are just another head of hair to us. I love that we have so many talented stylists that we have been growing so quickly but I also know that if we don’t make sure everyone loves coming here that we will not continue to grow. No matter what please know that we all appreciate all of our guests/friends very much and will always keep trying to find ways to improve the services that you receive when you come to us. If you have any suggestions please feel free to let us know and please continue to support us and send us your referrals to help us grow. We have really exciting plans for the salon and the salon experience that will be coming soon. I promise you will not be disappointed with what is coming!! Thank you again for everything.
